As a yoga teacher with a vast background in dance and ballet, Hannah’s classes focus on using the breath to find alignment in each pose and stillness throughout the mind, body and spirit. Whether it be a quicker paced vinyasa or slower yin class, her primary goal is to provide students with a safe practice where they can find stillness and strength, both physically and mentally. Hannah’s classes are for every body and everybody.
Kaylie is trained in the full repertoire including Advanced Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels. In recent years her passion for Pilates and travel combined to take her around the world teaching Pilates in such countries as Spain, India and China. Kaylie is currently working towards her goal of becoming a STOTT PILATES Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning Specialist. She is committed to helping people reach their strength and conditioning goals!
