Our Personal Trainers will apply the latest evidenced-based research to improve your function, health and wellness through education on anatomy, biomechanics, strengthening, and conditioning. As a trained health professional, our Personal Trainers are committed to enhance your quality of life through the promotion of physical activity and workplace health and safety, the prevention and management of injury and chronic disease, and the overall improvement of health and performance. Our Personal Trainer works very closely with our Physiotherapists in order to provide a holistic approach to improving quality of care. Kinesiology is also a delegated service, meaning you are able to bill your sessions to your extended health care benefits via Physiotherapy.

Prevention: Our Personal Trainers are leaders in the prevention of injury and chronic disease. Properly conducted physical activity reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, muscular imbalances, sprain/strain injuries, and respiratory conditions. Physical activity also significantly reduces the risk of developing diabetes, hypertension, and colon cancer. Physical activity enhances mental health, fosters healthy muscles, bones and joints and helps maintain function to preserve and extend independence as we age.
Management: Our Personal Trainers use exercise in the management of injury and chronic conditions. Our Personal Trainers are case managers who educate and empower you to help manage and improve your own health and return you to the things you enjoy most.
Performance: Our Personal Trainers are devoted to improving your performance, health, and overall quality of life. We work with people of all ages and every level of function and physical ability. We use outcome measures to assess, track, manage and achieve a broad range of personal health goals with you.
